Dear AID Exhibitors, Visitors and Partners,
In accordance with the requirements of the new “State Council Notice on Joint Prevention and Containment Measures for the Novel Coronavirus to Further Prevent and Contain New Coronary Pneumonia Outbreaks in Key Locations” (State Edict [2020] No. 16), we are very sorry to inform you that: The 2020 International Exhibition of Senior Care, Rehabilitation Medicine and Healthcare (also known as AID 2020) originally to be held June 11-13, 2020 has had to be rescheduled for October 28-30, 2020 (Wednesday-Friday). The show will take place at the same venue, the Shanghai New International Expo Center (No. 2345 Longyang Road) , though the exhibition halls have had to be moved from W3-W5 to N3-N4.
We deeply regret this unavoidable decision and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the adjustment of AID 2020’s dates. At present, ongoing prevention and containment measures in place to stem further spread of the Novel Coronavirus pandemic are still arduous, although we remain confident that normal life and working conditions will gradually return. In order to better protect your health and safety whilst also improving attendance and participation, we have allowed for a reasonable period of postponement for AID 2020. In light of these extraordinary times, we would like to express our gratitude for your understanding and support.
Moving forward, the AID Organizing Committee will individually contact each exhibitor to discuss and confirm the adjustment of AID 2020. At the same time, we will also be upgrading related exhibition services, including the enhanced provision of multi-platform online marketing channels, and buyer and customer engagement. We will continue to walk hand in hand with industry colleagues to overcome these challenging times.
