Step 2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Choose Booth<\/h3>\n

The CHINA AID Team will recommend an appropriate booth to you depending on your services, products and needs. You can choose raw space or a shell scheme.<\/p>\n

Raw Space (over 36sqm): <\/strong><\/h4>\n

Exhibitors need to design and construct their own booth.<\/p>\n

A raw space booth can better reflect your company\u2019s strength and brand.<\/p>\n

Shell Scheme (over 9sqm):<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Organizers will set up the booth for you using our standard booth template.<\/p>\n

Step 3\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sign Contract<\/h3>\n

Sign your booth contract and pay 50% of the exhibition fee within 30 days of signing. We are able to accept US Dollars or Chinese Yuan.<\/p>\n

Step 4\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare for Exhibition<\/h3>\n

You will need to provide catalogue information in advance to maximise your exposure and make it easier for prospective buyers, clients and customers to find you at the show. You will also need to provide us with information for your passes and other details according to your conference and promotional preferences. Please refer to the \u2018Exhibitor Guide\u2019 for more information.[\/vc_column_text]
