Accelerate the development of emerging pillar industries such as integrated circuits, aerospace, biomedicine, low-altitude economy, new energy storage, and intelligent robots<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the next five years, efforts will focus on optimizing the industrial structure, coordinating the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, nurturing and expanding emerging industries, and making forward-looking arrangements for future industries, while maintaining and developing a complete industrial system. Accelerate the development of<\/span>integrated circuits, aerospace, biomedicine, low-altitude economy, new energy storage, and intelligent robots<\/span>and other emerging pillar industries, and promote<\/span>quantum technology, biomanufacturing, hydrogen energy and nuclear fusion energy, brain-computer interfaces, embodied intelligence, and sixth-generation mobile communications (6G)<\/span>Emerging industries such as these will become new economic growth drivers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Accelerate the cultivation of major application scenarios such as “5G+”, “AI+”, “Robot+”, “Industrial Internet+”, and “BeiDou+”.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Focus on scenario cultivation and promote the large-scale application of new technologies, new products, and new scenarios to gain momentum. To give a concrete example, the foldable-screen phones many people use today can bend repeatedly thanks to breakthroughs in ultra-thin flexible glass and film products. At present, domestically produced ultra-thin flexible glass has achieved mass production at 30 microns, only one-quarter the thickness of an A4 sheet of paper, and the latest film products now cover the 4-micron level. We believe that<\/span><\/span>“<\/span><\/span>during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, more such ‘good materials’ will become ‘good products,’ entering thousands of households and serving people’s daily needs in clothing, food, housing, and transportation<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
