Bailian Fanhuali
Project Overview
Bailian Fanhuali is a 7,000㎡ one-stop lifestyle brand space for silver-haired (senior) citizens created by Bailian Co., Ltd. on the 7th and 8th floors of Halls A and B of the No. 1 Department Store Commercial Center. It is also the first silver economy lifestyle brand created by a commercial enterprise in Shanghai. Rooted in Shanghai-style culture and focusing on the service economy and experience economy, Bailian Fanhuali is committed to breaking the stereotypical perception of silver-haired commerce and has been honored as one of the 2025 Shanghai Silver Economy Top 100 Brands. With the core concept of ‘Boundless Blossoms, Unlimited Life,’ Bailian Fanhuali advocates a ‘no-age-limit’ lifestyle attitude. Based on this, Fanhuali has built two lines: ‘Trendiest Flagship’ and ‘Community Downreach,’ positioning the No. 1 Department Store Fanhuali as the trendiest flagship while also going deep into communities through the 15-minute living circle to bring convenient life experiences to more senior citizens.

Shanghai Silver-Hair Store
(Innovative Products Experience Pavilion of Shanghai Senior Care Expo)
Project Overview
The Innovative Products Experience Pavilion of Shanghai Senior Care Expo (also known as the ‘Silver-Hair Store’) deeply leverages the global resource reach and industrial aggregation effects of the ‘Shanghai Senior Care Expo,’ introducing the latest age-friendly products and technologies to create a cutting-edge, interactive display and experience venue. It aims to build a comprehensive platform integrating ‘brand value high ground, premium product launch hub, industry trend indicator, and international exchange center.’ The ‘Silver-Hair Store’ adopts ‘scenario is experience, experience is conversion’ as its core exhibition strategy, centering on the five-dimensional needs of seniors: ‘clothing, food, housing, transportation, and entertainment.’ Breaking away from traditional shelf-based displays, it achieves an integrated closed loop of ‘exhibit, experience, sell, and inquire,’ creating a truly ‘browsable, tangible, and purchasable’ new silver-hair consumption scenario.

Zhangjia Lane Community Elderly Service Center
Institution Overview
Since its trial operation in September 2024, we have served an average of 60 people per day and established records for over 600 elderly individuals. Actively responding to Putuo District’s construction of a ’15-minute elderly care service circle’, we provide both public welfare and market-oriented home-based elderly care services: we conduct door-to-door visits and care for 1,000 households of elderly living alone or elderly-only families in the community, and with support from the Shanghai Senior Citizens Foundation and the district civil affairs department, we offer free bathing assistance and 24-hour emergency response services for elderly in need. On the market-oriented side, the center is equipped with a care team of nearly 50 people, providing 1-on-1 services such as hospital accompaniment, inpatient care, hourly housekeeping, round-the-clock care, and live-in nannies. The Zhangjia Lane Senior Canteen has been operating for nearly 20 years. In October 2024, it launched small-pot dishes for dine-in and integrated the Senior Care Card discount (9% off for ages 60-80 with an additional 2 yuan off for purchases over 15 yuan; 8.5% off for those over 80 with an additional 3 yuan off for purchases over 15 yuan). In April 2025, dinner service was added, achieving three meals a day with warmth all year round.
