Attendees engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including key institutional elements, interpretation of national occupational standards, insurance administration practices, digital and intelligent implementation of home care, practical exploration by grassroots institutions, and innovation in intelligent risk control and supervision. Interpretation of the National Occupational Standards for Long-term Care Workers and an Introduction to Training and Assessment

Based on the current state of the industry, it identifies talent gaps and provides ideas for talent development for the standardized training of long-term care workers and the implementation of long-term care insurance.
Digital and Intelligent Practices in Home Care Against the Background of Improving Quality and Expanding Capacity of Long-term Care Insurance

Smart Technology Creates a New Model for Full-Process Supervision of Long-Term Care Insurance

Analyzed the risks of subjective bias in traditional manual assessment of long-term care insurance and the lack of verification during the public notice period. Proposed an innovative mechanism of dynamic verification during the public notice period, using millimeter-wave radar and other technologies to build a full-process AI intelligent supervision system that also protects privacy. Pilot tests in multiple cities have verified the effectiveness of risk control. At the same time, it explores the use of large models to empower caregiving talent assessment, helping to ensure fund security and promote standardized industry development.

This Silver Economy Special Topic brought together industry investors, platform enterprises, and frontline elderly care operation representatives, based on the development opportunities of the silver economy amid accelerating domestic aging. Development of Japan’s assistive device rental and age-friendly renovation businesses under the long-term care insurance system and exploration of business models for localized implementation in China
